1/4 cup Taza almond milk chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon coconut oil
4 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
coarse sea salt
finely shredded coconut
1. Combine chocolate and coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir frequently until melted.
2. Dip each orange segment into chocolate mixture and set on parchment-lined baking sheet to cool.
3. Garnish with salt and coconut.
4. Refrigerate to set – about 25 minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy.
