Ingredients:
1 frozen banana, broken into pieces
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 teaspoon ground flax seed
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup almond milk

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed. Add additional almond milk or water to reach desired consistency if smoothie is too thick.
