
Ingredients:
2 Tbs lemon juice
2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbs local honey (can substitute agave for vegan)
1 teaspoon tahini
1/2 teaspoon sriracha
1 teaspoon minced garlic
warm water, as needed
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high speed.
2. With motor running, if dressing is too thick, slowly drizzle water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
