1 cup pomegranate juice
1 1/2 cups sparkling water or club soda
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup agave nectar
1 small orange, very thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
4 springs fresh rosemary
1. In a large pitcher, combine pomegranate juice, club soda, orange juice, lime juice, and agave nectar (if you like your cocktails a little sweeter, you may want to add additional agave nectar). Stir to combine and taste for sweetness.
2. Fill 4 cocktail glasses with crushed ice and add pomegranate mixture until each glass is 3/4 full. Garnish with 1 small rosemary sprig, one orange slice, followed by a sprinkle of fresh pomegranate seeds.
3. If using this mixture as the base for a cocktail, add 8 ounces of your favorite gin or vodka to the pitcher prior to pouring over ice. If you desire a sparkling cocktail, simply replace the club soda with Prosecco or sparkling wine.
