Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

CK Strawberry Smoothie Bowl (featuring The Blendah Babes)

Ingredients:
1 Strawberry Fields Forever ready-to-blend smoothie from The Blendah Babes
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (you may need a little more depending upon your blender)
1/2 banana
6 organic strawberries, washed, stems removed
2 Tbs organic unsweetened coconut flakes
1 Tbs. organic almond butter
1/4 cup gluten-free granola (we love Nature Valley brand)
1/4 teaspoon chia seeds
drizzle of local honey, if you prefer

Method:

1. Add all contents of The Blendah Babes smoothie to your blender. Add coconut milk and blend on high speed. You may need to add a little more liquid however, your smoothie should be extra-thick.

2. Meanwhile, slice strawberries, slice banana and have all other toppings immediately available.

3. Transfer smoothie to a medium sized bowl and top with strawberries, banana, almond butter, coconut flakes, granola, chia seeds and honey (if using).

4. Enjoy immediately.
