1 bag of organic spinach, washed
1 large apple, cored and thinly sliced
1/4 cup walnut pieces, lightly toasted
1/4 cup dried cranberries
3.5 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
2 Tablespoons organic hemp hearts
1 Tablespoon ground flax
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon coconut aminos
1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
1 Tablespoon agave or maple syrup


1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, coconut aminos, poppy seeds and agave or maple syrup. Whisk until thoroughly combined and set aside.

2. In 3 individual serving bowls, arrange spinach leaves and top with walnut pieces, dried cranberries, crumbled goat cheese, hemp hearts and ground flax. Arrange apple slices on top of salads.

3. Drizzle each salad with an equal amount of dressing and serve immediately.
