January CLEAN Menu
Our CK “CLEAN” delivery sessions are focused on utilizing clean, local and organic ingredients to create anti-inflammatory, easily digestible menus designed to promote gut health. Menus are “chef’s choice” and are noted below for the month. Menus change every week throughout this 4 week January THURSDAY delivery session. Give yourself the gift of clean, healthy, delicious nutrition delivered right to your front door to begin the New Year caring for your own health and wellness. (also makes an amazing holiday gift to give – and receive!)
Each week, you will receive 2 unique meals and 1 snack ($50/week).
We welcome you to join us for our upcoming January session: 1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27 ($200 for 4 weeks).
We deliver to Hingham, Cohasset, Hull, Scituate, Marshfield, Duxbury, Norwell, Pembroke, parts of Hanover and parts of Weymouth, Kingston and Plymouth.
January Menu

Week 1: January 6, 2022
MEAL #1: Honey-Chili Chicken w/smashed cucumber salad and apple slaw (honey, red wine vinegar, Dijon, sriracha, lime, shredded carrot, shredded apple, parsley, napa cabbage, purple cabbage, toasted chopped almonds, celery seed, olive oil, S&P)
MEAL #2: Roasted Cauliflower Steak w/Romesco (roasted cauliflower steak, brown rice, black letils, basil, roasted balsamic brussels)
SNACK: Blueberry-Raspberry Smoothie

Week 2: January 13, 2022
MEAL #1: Organic Housemade Turkey Burger over Moroccan Carrot Salad w/chili lime vinaigrette and field greens
MEAL #2: Lemon Poppyseed Chicken Lettuce Cups
SNACK: Roasted Carrot Fries with tahini dipping sauce

Week 3: January 20, 2022
MEAL #1: Cashew chicken with pineapple, peppers, broccoli, brown rice, extra sauce, cashews
MEAL #2: Sage Roasted Salmon over risotto verde and asparagus
SNACK: Quinoa Breakfast Cookies

Week 4: January 27, 2022
Meal #1: Balsamic Steak Tips w/roasted loaded sweet potato (fire corn, peppers, onion, broccolini, mushrooms) and tahini ranch
MEAL #2: BIG Salad (romaine, kale, shred Brussels, shred carrot, cucumber, peppers, onion, basil, almonds, plum vinaigrette)
SNACK: Almond butter + Cranberry Energy Clusters
