Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 very ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups gluten-free organic oats
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground flax seed

Toppings:
1 banana, sliced
2 Tbs. all-natural peanut butter
1/2 cup fresh berries
1/4 cup chocolate chips
coconut whip cream

Method:

1. Preheat waffle maker and spray with non-stick spray or avocado oil spray.

2. Blend all ingredients in a blender, on medium speed, until smooth.

3. Pour batter in waffle maker, about 3/4 cup at a time (varies, depending upon size of your waffle maker), and cook approximately 3 minutes until golden brown and lightly crispy.

4. Remove waffle and let cool. Transfer to individual serving plate and top with desired toppings.

5. Repeat until waffle batter is gone. Makes approximately small 4 waffles.
