
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1 heaping teaspoon matcha powder
1 Tbs. agave nectar
1 drop peppermint essential oil (or 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract)
1 Tbs. Vital Protein Collagen Veggie Blend (optional)
pinch of local sea salt
pinch of ground cinnamon
1 cup ice
Method:
1. In a blender on high speed, combine first 7 ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Add ice to a tall glass and pour matcha mixture over ice, stirring to fully combine.
3. Serve immediately.
