Meal Choices

  • Blackened Scallops with Sweet Corn + Bacon Risotto


    Our gluten-free, dairy-free sweet corn and bacon risotto is topped with organic, wild sea scallops (sourced for CK by our friends at Jake’s Seafoods) and our housemade tomato jam. Served with roasted organic broccolini.

    CONTAINS: seafood

    To serve: place scallops and broccoli in a medium skillet with 1-2 tablespoons of water – gently warm over medium heat for 3-4 minutes and remove. Add risotto and tomato jam to the pan, along with an additional 2 tablespoons of water, and stir continuously until risotto has creamy texture and is warmed throughout.

  • CK Organic Turkey Chili


    Our housemade organic turkey chili features a ton of organic vegetables, beans, tomato, vegetable stock, fresh herbs and spices. (GF/DF)

    To serve: place entire contents into a medium sized saucepan and warm over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.

  • CK Organic Vegetarian Chili


    Our CK vegetarian chili is made with loads of fresh organic vegetables, beans, herbs, tomato, vegetable stock, spices and added quinoa for a boost of plant-protein.

    To serve: empty all contents into a medium sized pot and warm over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.

  • Fall Spinach Salad with Housemade Plum Viniagrette


    Organic spinach, cucumber, cranberry, toasted pecans, organic local apples, toasted cinnamon-maple pepitas, roasted butternut squash, housemade plum vinaigrette with a side of goat cheese.

    CONTAINS: tree nuts, dairy (if using)


  • Fall Spinach Salad with Organic Chicken


    Organic spinach, cucumber, roasted butternut squash, toasted cinnamon-maple pepitas, toasted pecan, cranberry, organic herbed chicken, housemade plum vinaigrette, side of goat cheese.

    CONTAINS: tree nuts, dairy (if using goat cheese)

  • CK Garlic Parm Naan Bread


    Our housemade garlic-parmesan Naan bread is the perfect addition to our Fall Spinach Salad or our Turkey Chili (or vegetarian) featured on this week’s menu. Dip it, scoop it, or simply enjoy on it’s own – it’s truly delicious! ¬†Fresh herbs, garlic, parmesan cheese, olive oil, local SalterieOne sea salt.

    CONTAINS: wheat, dairy

    To serve: enjoy room temperature or warm slightly in a 350 degree oven for 3-4 minutes (preferred method).

  • CK Signature Energy Clusters


    Gluten free oats, flax, sunflower seeds, raisins, coconut, organic honey, peanut butter.

  • Roasted Veggies w/CK Red Pepper Hummus


    Enjoy as a snack or a light lunch! Organic roasted root vegetables perfect for dipping into our housemade roasted red pepper hummus.

    CONTAINS: sesame

    To serve: can enjoy cold or (preferred method) lay veggies on a prepared baking sheet and warm in 375 degree oven for 6-7 minutes. Dip into hummus and enjoy.
