Plant-based Delivery: July 2022

PLEASE NOTE: Our CK Plant Based weekly delivery arrives every WEDNESDAY between 2:00-7:00pm.

The perfect opportunity to infuse your week with a little extra “plant power” in a healthy and delicious way. Menus are “chef’s choice” and are noted below for the month. Menus change every week throughout this session AND you have the opportunity to add items to your order from our weekly Home Delivery menu, too.

All menus are 100% plant-based (vegan preparation is available upon request) using locally sourced organic produce, whole grains and housemade dressings and sauces.

If you require vegan, gluten-free and/or dairy-free preparation, please make a note of this when placing your order (please see menu substitutions marked clearly below)

Each week, you will receive 2 unique meals and 1 snack ($45/week). Stock your fridge all month long with healthy, delicious and unique vegetarian meals. Our July 2022 session is about to begin and features several NEW menu items highlighting seasonal, local, organic produce.  All menu items serve 1 person.

We deliver to Hingham, Cohasset, Hull, Scituate, Marshfield, Rockland, Duxbury, Norwell, Pembroke, parts of Hanover and parts of Weymouth, Kingston and Plymouth.

Delivery on July 6th

Meal #1: NEW CK Roasted Cauliflower & Lentil Tacos: Organic cauliflower, lentils, onion, garlic, tomato, cumin, CK housemade slaw (dairy-free), housemade chimichurri sauce, flour tortillas. CONTAINS: sesame, coconut, wheat. (GF sub corn tortillas)

Meal #2: CK Grilled Vegetables w/Romesco: Organic vegetables, housemade romesco sauce and our CK Confetti Quinoa. CONTAINS: tree nuts

Snack: CK Signature Energy Clusters: gluten free oats, dairy free carob chips, honey, peanut butter, coconut, sunflower seeds, raisins, flax.  CONTAINS: peanut, coconut

Delivery on July 13th

Meal #1: CK Seared Tofu Lettuce Cups: CK Culinary Director, Anne Stenfors, created this recipe for our plant-based programs: organic tofu, marinated and seared for a crunchy exterior, organic lettuce, zucchini, tomato, corn, onion, garlic.  CONTAINS: soy, coconut, sesame

Meal #2: NEW CK Black Bean Enchilada Bake: housemade enchilada sauce, onion, peppers, broccolini, cumin, cinnamon, shredded kale, roasted sweet potato, black beans, cilantro, corn tortillas for scooping and topping.

Snack: CK Lightened Up “Street Corn” with Basil Vinaigrette: corn, peppers, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, housemade basil-vinaigrette.

Delivery on July 20th

Meal #1: CK Elevated Caprese Sandwich: Baguette, fresh organic tomato, roasted tomato, Buffalo mozzarella, arugula, red pepper pesto, balsamic glaze. CONTAINS: dairy, wheat (please request Caprese inspired salad” for GF/Vegan)

Meal #2: CK NEW Mango, Kale, Napa Cabbage Salad: Organic shredded kale, napa cabbage, mango, peppers, corn, zucchini, tomato, housemade Green Goddess dressing, sunflower seeds, toasted almonds, goat cheese on the side. CONTAINS: dairy (please request basil vinaigrette and no goat cheese for dairy-free).

Snack: CK Carrot “Fries” with Maple Sesame Dipping Sauce: CONTAINS: sesame

Delivery on July 27th

Meal #1: CK Lemon + Asparagus Pesto Fettuccini: pasta, organic asparagus, roasted tomato, peas, housemade pesto, parmesan, black pepper, olive oil. CONTAINS: dairy, wheat (please request gluten free pasta for GF and dairy-free for vegan)

Meal #2: CK Falafel Bowl:Chickpeas, herbs, spices, chickpea flour, roasted carrot, roasted brussels sprouts, goji berries, golden quinoa, fresh herbs, mixed greens, housemade cucumber tzatziki sauce (on the side). CONTAINS: dairy (sauce) (please request dairy free dressing for vegan and DF)

Snack: White Bean + Roasemary Dip w/pita: CONTAINS: wheat (pita will be served on the side)
