Plant-based Delivery: February 2022

PLEASE NOTE: Our CK Plant Based monthly delivery sessions are moving to THURSDAYS beginning with this new February session.

The perfect opportunity to infuse your week with a little extra “plant power” in a healthy and delicious way. Menus are “chef’s choice” and are noted below for the month. Menus change every week throughout this 4 week session. All menus are 100% plant-based (vegan preparation is available upon request) using locally sourced organic produce, whole grains and housemade dressings and sauces.

If you require vegan, gluten-free and/or dairy-free preparation, please make a note of this when placing your order (please see menu substitutions marked clearly below)

Each week, you will receive 2 unique meals and 1 snack ($40/week). Stock your fridge all month long with healthy, delicious and unique vegetarian meals and join us for our February 2022 session: 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24  ($160 for 4 weeks). All menu items serve 1 person.

We deliver to Hingham, Cohasset, Hull, Scituate, Marshfield, Duxbury, Norwell, Pembroke, parts of Hanover and parts of Weymouth, Kingston and Plymouth.

February Menu

Week of February 3rd

Meal #1: CK Moroccan Carrot + Wild Rice Salad: Moroccan spiced roasted organic carrots, wild rice, arugula, golden raisins, toasted almonds, parsley, housemade lemon vinaigrette, fresh basil, crumbled goat’s cheese served on the side. CONTAINS: tree nuts

Meal #2: Pesto + Potato Flatbread: smashed yukon gold roasted potatoes, leeks, roasted red pepper, housemade nut-free/dairy-free pesto, Harvest of Joy micro greens (local, organic), mozzarella cheese, Naan. CONTAINS: dairy, wheat (NOTE: substitute golden quinoa “bowl” style for gluten-free/dairy-free)

Snack: CK Roasted Beet Hummus: chickpeas, tahini, fresh herbs, spices, balsamic, red beets, citrus, garlic, spices. CONTAINS: sesame

Week of February 10th

Meal #1: CK Southwest Stuffed Sweet Potato: organic sweet potato, tri color peppers, red onion, fire roasted corn, cherry tomato, black beans, brown rice, fresh herbs, housemade Chili-Lime dressing

Meal #2: CK Pineapple + Cashew “Fried Rice”: brown rice, edamame, tri color peppers, onion, fresh pineapple, cashews, cilantro, coconut aminos, sesame, chili. CONTAINS: tree nuts, coconut, sesame

Snack: Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Romesco Sauce: roasted Brussels sprouts, balsamic, sea salt, black pepper, walnuts, almonds, roasted red peppers, spices, herbs. CONTAINS: tree nuts

Week of February 17th

Meal #1: CK Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos: roasted organic cauliflower, gluten-free Buffalo sauce, housemade slaw (napa cabbage, purple cabbage, carrot, celery seed, herbs), corn tortillas, housemade Vegan Tahini-Ranch dressing. CONTAINS: sesame

Meal #2: CK Tuscan White Bean, Farro & Sweet Potato Stew: Organic farro (sub quinoa upon request), onion, carrot, celery, garlic, cannellini beans, tomato, organic vegetable stock, kale, rosemary, lemon, sweet potato  CONTAINS: wheat

Snack: CK Homemade Falafel w/Tzatziki Dipping Sauce: Our housemade gluten-free falafel with our housemade tzatziki cucumber sauce CONTAINS: dairy

Week of February 24th

Meal #1: CK Vegetable Curry w/Rice Noodles: Organic kale, broccoli, peppers, carrot, squash, onion, garlic, turmeric, curry powder, coconut milk, citrus, parsley, rice noodles CONTAINS: coconut, sesame
