February Week 3 menu (delivered on Monday February 13th) includes 3 breakfast meals, 3 lunch meals, 3 dinner meals. All items are free from gluten, dairy and added sugars. Vegetarian/Vegan available upon request.
Day 1 meals: Triple Berry Oatmeal Bake, Power Veggie Sandwich on Seed Bread, Chimichurri Steak with Roasted Root Vegetable Sticks
Day 2 meals: The Green Light green juice + Fig Newton Bar, Kale/Turkey/Brown Rice soup, Vegan Shepherd’s Pie
Day 3 meals: Coconut Yogurt w/Citrus + Bee Pollen, Honeydew Tomatillo Gazpacho, Apple Herb Turkey Burger w/Bibb Lettuce “bun”
