This recipe provided to CK by Seasoned and Salted inspires our NEW Mediterranean-style “Caesar” Swordfish. Fresh swordfish sourced for CK by Jakes Seafood is marinated in herbs, garlic and our housemade “Caesar” style dairy-free, gluten-free CK Tahini Ranch dressing. Served alongside roasted cherry tomatoes, roasted zucchini, tri-color peppers, red onion, summer squash and yukon gold potato, and served with our CK Tahini Ranch dressing on the side.

To serve: simply place swordfish and vegetables on a prepared baking sheet and warm in 350 degree oven for 6-7 minutes. Place everything on a serving plate and top with tahini ranch dressing.
