Organic chicken roasted with herb-marinated heirloom tomato, red onion and served with a salad of cucumber, baby greens with crumbled goat cheese and housemade lemon pepper vinaigrette on the side and a balsamic drizzle.

To serve: remove salad from top of chicken. Warm chicken in 350 degree oven for 6-7 minutes. Place chicken on serving plate, top with reserved salad and vinaigrette.
