Grass-fed beef, organic cilantro-lime brown rice, cumin scented black beans, fire roasted corn, housemade pico de gallo, shredded romaine, shredded cheddar cheese (served on the side), tri-color peppers, onion, housemade chili-lime vinaigrette

To Serve: Place beef, veggies, rice and beans in a medium skillet with 2 T water.  Warm over medium heat for  5-6 minutes stirring frequently.  Remove and top with cheese, lettuce, corn and chili-lime vinaigrette.
