Organic herb-roasted pork tenderloin, housemade nut-free pesto, creamy risotto, roasted organic asparagus, spring peas

To Serve: In a medium skillet over medium heat, add risotto, extra pesto and 2 T. water.  Stir continuously until creamy + warmed throughout.  Place pork on prepared baking sheet and warm in a 350-degree oven for 6-8 minutes.
