Organic wheat noodles, housemade peanut sauce, carrot, purple cabbage, red pepper, red onion, scallions, herbs, crushed peanuts

To Serve: Enjoy cold or room temperature.  If heated, add contents of bowl to a medium sized skillet with 2 T of water +  extra peanut sauce.  Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
