4 organic, locally sourced ears of sweet corn topped with cojita cheese, herbs, spices and our housemade chipotle aioli. Serves 4. Can be enjoyed cold or room temperature. To heat, if desired, simply place on a baking sheet in a 350 degree oven for 6-7 minutes.
