Week 3 (3/17):

  • CK “Hash” with organic chicken sausage, roasted root vegetables, housemade BBQ sauce: simply spread hash on a lined baking sheet and warm in a 350 degree oven for 6-8 minutes until warmed throughout (can add BBQ sauce prior to heating or once removed from oven)
  • Mild lemongrass + ginger yellow curry with rice, organic vegetables, shredded organic chicken: warm curry/vegetables/chicken in a small saucepan over medium head for 4-5 minutes until warmed throughout. Place rice in a shallow bowl and top with warmed curry.
  • CK probiotic yogurt parfait with peanut butter and banana: can be enjoyed straight out of the fridge or warmed in a small saucepan over medium heat (add 1-2 tablespoons additional coconut milk or water), stirring occasionally, until warmed throughout.
