A 6oz salmon filet (sourced for CK by our friends at Jakes Seafoods in Hull) roasted in our housemade herb-blend and served with roasted butternut squash, broccoli and balsamic roasted mushrooms tossed in our housemade nut-free sage pesto. Add a side of pasta tossed in sage pesto for a delicious addition to this amazing dish.

To serve: in a 350 degree oven, place salmon and veggies on a prepared baking sheet and warm for 6-8 minutes. Remove from oven and top with extra pesto.
