Stout Braised Short Ribs: to serve, place short ribs in a small saucepan (adding 1 tablespoon of water if necessary) and simply warm over medium heat for 5-6 minutes (covered) until warmed throughout.

Horseradish-Chive Mashed Potatoes: to serve, place mashed potatoes in a small saucepan or skillet and add 1-2 tablespoons water (or 1-2 pats of butter – your choice!) and gently warm over medium low heat, stirring occasionally, until warmed throughout.

Roasted Root Vegetables: in a 350 degree oven, spread veggies out on a lined baking sheet and warm 5-7 minutes.
