To serve: heat oven to 400 degrees. Set flatbread directly on oven rack (with a baking sheet underneath to catch any melting cheese) for 5-6 minutes or until crust edges are crispy and cheese is melted.

1 Spring Grain Bowl (organic arugula, brown rice, golden quinoa, roasted beets, roasted sweet potato, corn, scallions, basil, toasted almonds, sunflower seeds, shredded cheddar (on the side), housemade basil vinaigrette) CONTAINS: tree nuts, dairy (if using cheese)

To serve: enjoy this bowl cold/room temperature or warm contents of bowl + cheese (if using) in a medium skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Remove and top with basil vinaigrette.
