The ultimate homemade, organic, farm-to-table sausage for 2. Two organic grilled sausage links, housemade red cabbage (our play on sauerkraut), sauteed organic peppers and onion, housemade mustard sauce, traditional pretzel rolls.


To serve: place sausage and peppers/onion on a prepared baking sheet and warm in 350 degree oven for 5-6 minutes. Remove and place sausage inside pretzel roll, top with peppers/onion, cabbage and mustard sauce.
