Our CK Veggie Lo Mein is a healthy twist on this take-out favorite. Features authentic lo mein noodles, julienne fresh vegetables, scallions, herbs, and our own “healthy lo mein” sauce made with coconut aminos, sesame, spices, citrus, garlic and herbs. Serves 2.

To Serve: Heat in a medium skillet, with 2-3 T of water, over medium heat, for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
