This series focuses on a new beginning, a renewed commitment to yourself and your personal wellness and nutrition goals, and to creating an environment in which your health and wellness is a top priority. We are thrilled to partner with The Blended Berry (full series only) to set intentions each week with the addition of a 12oz fresh pressed juice for the ultimate cleansing and nutrition power punch. All meals are gluten-free, dairy-free and free from added sugars and preservatives.
Each week in February, you will receive the following sample menu (nutritional information/macros included for all meals) – choose our “Full Series” including Monday & Wednesday deliveries (and juices) or our “Half Series” with deliveries on Mondays only. Both series include macros for meals and snacks.
