    Housemade Turkey Roulade (serves 4-6): all-natural turkey breast stuffed with fresh herbs, chopped apricots, applewood smoked bacon, housemade stuffing and served with housemade cider gravy.

    To serve: arrange roulade in a single layer on oven proof baking sheet and warm in 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes until warmed throughout. Place gravy in medium pot on the stove over medium heat and warm 7-8 minutes until warmed throughout.

    Housemade butternut squash + shredded cheese sauce combined with pasta, herbs and seasonings. Panko topping.

    To serve: place mac & cheese in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until warmed thoughout and cheese is bubbling. For a crunchier topping, preheat broiler and carefully broil for 1-2 minutes, watching very closely, until panko is crispy and slightly browned.

  • Massaged Kale & Roasted Beet Salad (Thanksgiving)

    Everything you love about our CK Massaged Kale Salad – shredded organic kale, toasted almonds, sunflower seeds, cranberry – with sides of roasted beets, crumbled feta cheese, citrus supremes, cucumber and our housemade citrus vinaigrette.

    To assemble: simply add all items to a large bowl and lightly massage with dressing until kale is softened and ingredients are comingled.

  • Roasted Butternut Squash & Apple Soup (Thanksgiving)

    Slow roasted butternut squash, apple, onion, garlic, spices, and vegetable stock all come together in our gluten-free, dairy-free CK Roasted Butternut Squash & Apple Soup. This menu item includes 2 quarts of scratchmade soup and sides of spiced pepitas and dried cranberries to put on top. Serves 4.

    To serve: simply pour soup into medium pot and warm over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Alternatively, add soup to a slow cooker pot and set on high setting for 2 hours or so and save room on your stovetop!

  • Classic Buttermilk Biscuits w/Salted Honey Butter (Thanksgiving)

    Homemade buttermilk biscuits served with our housemade salted honey butter.

    To Serve: Place on a prepared baking sheet in a 350-degree oven and warm  for 3-5 minutes, until warmed throughout.
