To Serve: Warm scallops and broccolini in a 350-degree oven for 3-5 minutes. In a medium skillet, warm risotto w/2T of water and warm over medium-low heat, stirring frequently. Top risotto with scallops, broccolini, tomato jam and drizzle with basil oil.
To Serve: Place contents on prepared baking sheet in a 350-degree oven for 10 minutes, or until heated through. Pour sauce in saucepan + warm over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour sauce over chicken.
