Fluffy Bao buns are filled with our house-marinated Teriyaki salmon, housemade pineapple jam, shredded cabbage, scallions, cilantro and thinly sliced jalapeno pepper. Serves 2 (includes 6 Bao buns).

To serve: Heat salmon in 350-deg. oven for 6-7 min. Heat buns in microwave w/damp paper towel over them for 30 sec.
