Blackened chicken, applewood smoked bacon, risotto, sweet corn, garlic, blackening seasoning, basil oil, tomato jam, snap peas, lemon

To Serve: Place chicken in skillet w/1-2 T water.  Warm over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.   Add risotto + tomato jam to pan w/2 T water.  Stir continuously, until risotto has creamy texture.  Drizzle w/basil oil.
