Roasted pork tenderloin, broccolini, roasted sweet potato, herbs, our homemade apricot glaze (gf/df), and apricot + herb “salsa.”
To Serve: Place pork, broccolini and sweet potato on foil or parchment lined baking sheet and warm in a 375-degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Top with salsa.
Grass-fed ground beef, Korean BBQ sauce, brown rice, quinoa, shredded Napa cabbage, CK cucumber salad, housemade kimchi, pickled red onion, tri-color peppers, scallion, fresh herbs, chimichurri sauce
To Serve: Place beef in a small saucepan and warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 3-4 minutes, until warmed throughout. Add beef back to bowl + top with chimichurri.
