To Serve: Place flatbread on a prepared baking sheet (0r directly on oven rack for a crispier crust) in a 400-degree oven for 5-6 minutes, until crust is crispy and cheese is melted.

To Serve: Place pork, broccolini and sweet potato on foil or parchment lined baking sheet and warm in a 375-degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Top with salsa.
