February Week 2 menu (delivered on Monday February 6th) includes 3 breakfast meals, 3 lunch meals, 3 dinner meals. All items are free from gluten, dairy and added sugars. Vegetarian/Vegan available upon request.
Day 1 meals: Strawberry Power Waffles, Quinoa Chipotle Chili, Black Bean & Kale Pesto Quesadillas
Day 2 meals: Roasted Vegetable Frittata Bake, Taco Salad with Walnut “Ground Beef”, African Peanut Stir Fry with Chicken
Day 3 meals: Banana Bread with Apple Butter, Moroccan Carrot Noodle Salad, Grass-fed Beef Bolognese + Chickpea Pasta
