To Serve: Place scallops + asparagus in a med. skillet w/1-2 T of water; warm over med. heat for 3-4 min.; remove. Add risotto + tomato jam to the pan, along w/2 T of water + stir continuously until risotto has creamy texture + is warmed throughout.
