Grassfed, homemade meatballs in our homemade marinara sauce served with our freshly cooked pasta tossed in grated fresh parmesan, olive oil and black pepper. A delicious, elevated farm-to-table, organic version of a classic favorite featuring Calabrian chiles, a regional Italian delicacy that’s slightly spicy, smoky, and rich. Serves 2.

To serve: place meatballs and marinara in a medium saucepan and warm, covered, over medium heat for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place pasta in 2 large bowls and top with warm sauce and meatballs. Toss gently to combine.
