Organic cilantro-lime rice, cumin scented black beans, fire roasted corn, housemade pico de gallo, shredded romaine, shredded cheddar cheese (served on the side), tri-color peppers, onion, housemade chili-lime vinaigrette.

To Serve: Place veggies, rice and beans in a medium skillet w/2 T water.  Warm over medium heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently.  Remove + top w/cheese, lettuce, corn + chili-lime vinaigrette.
