Serving Suggestions: Preheat oven to 400-degrees.  Place filet on prepared baking sheet and let sit at room temperature for approximately 20 minutes before finished in the oven.

RARE: Heat in a 400-degree oven for 10 minutes.  Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.

MEDIUM RARE: Heat in a 400-degree oven for 12-13 minutes.  Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.
