Organic herb-roasted pork tenderloin, rice, onion, garlic, wine, vegetable stock, herbs, spices, sea salt, arugula, basil, olive oil, garlic, citrus, confetti corn (corn, red pepper, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime)

To Serve: Warm pork + veg. in a 350-degree oven for 6-8 minutes and serve over risotto.  For a creamier risotto, add 2-3 T  water to a medium skillet and stir risotto over medium heat until creamy.
