Locally caught swordfish, sungold tomatoes, charred red onion, grilled summer vegetables, farro, chimichurri (GF available upon request)

To Serve: Warm swordfish in a 350-degree oven for 6-7 minutes. Toss veg. + farro in skillet w/1-2 T water, until warm. Plate + top with chimichurri.
