I’ve said it once I’ll say it again, fall is my favorite season. This year has been a particularly beautiful one in my opinion. Lots of warm days mixed between crisp fall days.

That said, it can be difficult to dress for the season if the weather is not cooperating. One of the ways I love to dress for fall, especially in the early days is to wear prints. A dark print or heavier fabric are easy to mix into your fall wardrobe while you work with your basics if your chunky sweaters haven’t made it back into your closets yet.

Garbe Luxe Corduroy Pant
w. kleinberg belt
Enza Costa Tank
These corduroy pants may not be a print, but they pack so much Fall flavor with texture and body. The wide leg on these pants almost walk themselves, and the comfortable fit will make you think twice about throwing on a pair of basic denim. I love these with a long belt to add a touch of interest.

Pam & Gela Camo Track Pant
Track pants and camouflage in one, whats not to like about these pants! I would just as easily dress these up with a (bootie as shown below) and swap the sweatshirt for a black blazer.

David Lerner Puff Sleeve Top
Mother Denim Insider pant
I love the slim cut, cropped hem of these pants (and recommend you go a size up). Don’t be afraid to wear these in a variety of ways. Grab your favorite pair of sneakers and a vintage tee/printed sweater. Or pull out a great mid shaft boot for a sleek look with these cropped pants and when its really chilly, a chunky knit.

LNA puff sleeve Top
Agolde Jeans

Plaid can seem dressed up, but can be a wardrobe workhorse with the right pairings. This top will take you from daytime chic if paired with a light wash denim, like these amazing Agolde Jeans. Bring this top to the office, with your favorite tailored basics, or I’d pair this with leather shorts or a skirt and be weekend ready.

Stateside sheer top
Agolde Jeans

I love a sheer top, easily an evening go to, but there’s no reason you can’t wear this in daylight hours too. The print on this shirt, mock neck, rusched and slightly puffy sleeved shoulder are all great details. You can show these details off with sleek accessories or tone them down with light wash denim or a chunky knit sweater worn over shoulders or as an open cardigan.
