To serve: enjoy as is or heat in a 375 oven (on an unlined baking sheet) for 8-10 minutes, flipping half way through, until cheese is melted and veggies are warm.

Organic greens, radicchio, black beans, corn, golden beets, roasted broccoli, cherry tomato, sesame tahini dressing, quinoa/rice blend. Serves 2.
