Heating Instructions: These tenderloins have been seasoned and seared to an extra rare temperature.  To continue cooking to your desired temperature, we recommend the following heating instructions.  Please note that all ovens cook differently:

Preheat oven to 400-degrees.  Place tenderloin on prepared baking sheet and let sit at room temperature for approximately 20 minutes before finishing in the oven.

RARE: Heat in 400-degree oven for 10 minutes.   Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.

MEDIUM RARE: Heat in 400-degree oven for 12-13 minutes.  Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.

MEDIUM: Heat in a 400-degree oven for 15-18 minutes.  Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.

MEDIUM WELL:  Heat in a 400-degree oven for 20-22 minutes.  Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.

WELL: Heat in a 400-degree oven for 25-28 minutes.  Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.
