Slow roasted butternut squash, apple, onion, garlic, spices, and vegetable stock all come together in our gluten-free, dairy-free CK Roasted Butternut Squash & Apple Soup. This menu item includes 2 quarts of scratchmade soup and sides of spiced pepitas and dried cranberries to put on top. Serves 4.

To serve: simply pour soup into medium pot and warm over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Alternatively, add soup to a slow cooker pot and set on high setting for 2 hours or so and save room on your stovetop!
