CK Clean & Spicy Citrus Margarita
2 limes, juiced (use a juice press to extract the most juice)
2 ounces 100% agave tequila (ex:Patron, Milagro, Casamigos)
1 ounce fresh squeezed orange juice
1 teaspoon jalapeño-infused agave*
2 lime wedges
Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
*to prepare jalapeño-infused agave, pour 2 tablespoons agave nectar into small jar with tight-fitting lid. Slice one jalapeno pepper into small strips and fully submerge into agave nectar. Allow to steep for 30 minutes or up to 1 day (the longer it steeps, the spicer it is!).
Run one lime wedge along the rim of a glass. Pour 2 tablespoons Himalayan Pink Sea Salt on a small plate and, holding glass at a 45 degree angle, turn to coat the rim in salt. Add ice cubes to glass and set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, combine ice cubes, lime juice, orange juice, tequila and jalapeño-infused agave (it’s OK to use the jalapeno strips as well). Shake for 20-30 seconds. Strain into glass and garnish with remaining lime wedge.
