12 meals delivered each week @ $325/week. You must register for the entire length of the 3-week program.

Monday & Wednesday deliveries each include 2 dinners, 2 lunches, & 2 breakfast meals.

Vegetarian substitutions available upon request. No other substitutions can be made except a protein swap (chicken for fish, etc) if available upon request.

Hand-shredded chicken, classic ramen noodles, fresh organic veggies, fresh herbs, homemade soy-free ramen broth. Makes 2 bowls.

To Serve: Combine soup w/noodles in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes.

Our CK Family “Burger Night” Menu features our organic, grass fed and all-natural burgers and organic, baked fries for the whole family. PLEASE INDICATE YOUR CHOICE FOR SALMON BURGERS OR TURKEY BURGERS (or one of each) in the “Delivery Notes” section upon checkout.  Gluten free preparation available upon request. This menu serves 2-4 people and includes all of the following:

• your choice of TWO full-size housemade salmon burgers OR housemade turkey burgers (please indicate selection at checkout). Salmon Burgers (housemade slaw + housemade herbed aioli), Turkey Burgers (apple, herbs, lettuce, tomato, sriracha aioli)
• 2 grass-fed Cheeseburger Sliders (sliders rolls, cheddar)
• Baked yukon gold potato wedges w/housemade ketchup

Don’t forget to add dessert! Chef Kira’s homemade whoopie pies (4 per order) are the perfect Family Burger Night dessert.

Our organic Classic Chicken Caesar Salad features organic chicken, romaine lettuce, shaved fresh parmesan cheese, housemade croutons and our homemade CK Tahini Ranch dressing. Serves 2-3 people (or 4 as a small side salad).

Our Perfect Summer Picnic for 2 takes care of keeping you out of the hot kitchen and out enjoying the fleeting moments of summer. This menu features many local products, seasonal flavors and a homemade sweet treat to end a perfect light summery meal.  Serves 2. Delivered Thursday, July 28th between 3-7pm.

• 2 Apple, Applewood Smoked Bacon and Brie Flatbreads (apple, brie, caramelized onion, fresh thyme, housemade pesto, applewood smoked bacon, Naan bread, citrus, arugula). To serve: simply heat Naan flatbread in 375 oven (place directly on oven rack) for 7-8 minutes. Remove and top with citrus arugula. CONTAINS: wheat, dairy
• 2 CK Summer Salads (watermelon, strawberry, arugula, feta cheese, fresh basil, cucumber, housemade basil vinaigrette). CONTAINS: dairy
