One of our most requested items this summer: our CK Organic Roasted Summer Vegetable Flatbread with housemade basil pesto, burrata, mozzarella, fresh herbs on a Naan crust. Serves 1-2 people (if you order multiple flatbreads, this is perfect for sharing).

To serve: for a crispier crust, preheat oven to 375 and place pizza directly on oven rack (place a baking sheet or piece of foil underneath to catch any drippings) until edges are crispy and cheese is melted, approximately 7-8 minutes. For a softer crust, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place pizza on prepared baking sheet.
To Serve: Place flatbread on a prepared baking sheet (or directly on oven rack for a crispier crust) in a 400-degree oven for 5-6 minutes until crust is crispy and cheese is melted. Top with microgreens.
