On Thursday, June 8th, we are bringing back our CK Lasagna Family Dinner!

This family dinner meal features our own grass-fed beef lasagna (housemade bolognese, ricotta, mozzarella, fresh herbs, pasta, parmesan), CK Big Green Salad (organic greens, tomato, cucumber, peppers, red onion, shredded carrot, corn, sunflower seeds and our houseamde creamy balsamic dressing). Packaged for 2 people to share each item.

Lasagna contains: wheat, dairy, egg

To Serve: Place entire container, top removed, in a 350-degree oven for 18-20 minutes, until warmed and cheese is bubbling.

 

Soup season is still in full swing and we are serving up our classic CK Chicken Noodle Soup. Classic egg noodles, shredded chicken, fresh vegetables and a slow simmered chicken broth.

Roasted sweet potato, cumin-scented black beans and Brussels sprouts are slow roasted and served alongside flour tortillas, housemade fire roasted corn salsa, cabbage slaw and our housemade chimichurri sauce. Gluten-free available upon request.

To Serve: Place sweet potato + bean mixture into a 350-degree oven for 5-8 minutes, until warm. Top with chimichurri, slaw and salsa.

Our classic CK Shepard’s Pie features locally-sourced grass-fed beef, organic vegetables and classic mashed potatoes (contains dairy). We are pairing this with our amazing CK Green Goddess Wedge Salad  (housemade vegan green goddess dressing, lettuce, radish, tomato, chives, herbs, diced cucumber, feta cheese). Serves 2.

Shepard’s Pie contains dairy.

Salad contains sesame, dairy (if using cheese).

Housemade nut-free pesto, creamy risotto, roasted vegetables

To Serve: Warm veg. in medium skillet over medium heat; add risotto, extra pesto and 2 T water; stir continuously until creamy.
