CK Blueberry Almond Smoothie

Place almond milk, frozen blueberries, yogurt, frozen banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon and Himalayan Pink Sea Salt in a blender and combine until desired consistency is reached (this may require a little extra almond milk if you prefer your smoothies with a thinner consistency).

CK Date & Almond Energy Balls

In a large food processor, pulse the almonds and coconut until crumbly. Add in the dates, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, ground flax seeds and Himalayan Pink Sea Salt and pulse until a sticky, fully combined ‘batter’ is formed. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of batter and roll into a ball, then roll over shredded coconut to coat.

CK Simple Waldorf Salad Wraps (GF, diary-free & sugar-free)

Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl and toss to combine. Sprinkle with chia seeds and toss again. Place all dressing ingredients in high-powered blender or food processor and blend to combine.
