A full, gorgeous, fresh-caught 8oz seasoned citrus cod filet (sourced directly from the Boston Fish Pier by Jake’s Seafoods for CK) per person – ready to flake into flour tortillas (3 per person) and top with our homemade, organic mango-pineapple salsa and tangy chipotle aioli.

To Serve: Warm cod in a 350-degree oven for 3-5 minutes, or until warmed throughout.  Add to tortillas, top with salsa + aioli.

Grassfed, house-marinated carne asada beef and melted cheese inside a flour tortilla. Includes 2 full quesadillas (serves 2-4 kids). Housemade fire-roasted salsa included for dipping.

To serve: add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to a pan and place quesadilla on top, cover with lid or foil and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Flip, cover and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted. Set aside to cool and cut into quarters.

With it’s grand debut at our inaugural Beer Tasting Dinner at Untold Brewing last week, this flatbread was met with rave reviews! Our NEW CK Brie, Prosciutto, Caramelized Onion + Arugula flatbread on a Naan crust is a must for family dinner. Serves 1-2 people (if you order multiple flatbreads, this is perfect for sharing).
