    Heating Instructions: Easter Brunch for 2

    • Homemade Quiche Lorraine for 2: preheat oven at 350 degrees. Place quiche in oven and warm for 15 minutes until warmed throughout.
    • Homemade Cinnamon-Vanilla Waffles for 2 with raspberry sauce and homemade whipped cream for 2: pop waffles directly into your toaster so waffles are warm and crunchy. Warm raspberry sauce in microwave or small saucepan over medium-low heat for 5-6 minutes and pour on top of waffles. Top with whipped cream.
    • CK Short Rib Hash for 2: place hash in oven safe dish and add 1-2 tablespoons water and bbq sauce. Preheat oven to 350 and warm hash for 12-13 minutes, tossing/stirring occasionally until all contents are warmed throughout.

    Heating Instructions: These tenderloins have been seasoned and seared to an extra rare temperature.  To continue cooking to your desired temperature, we recommend the following heating instructions.  Please note that all ovens cook differently:

    Preheat oven to 400-degrees.  Place tenderloin on prepared baking sheet and let sit at room temperature for approximately 20 minutes before finishing in the oven.

    RARE: Heat in 400-degree oven for 10 minutes.   Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.

    MEDIUM RARE: Heat in 400-degree oven for 12-13 minutes.  Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.

    MEDIUM: Heat in a 400-degree oven for 15-18 minutes.  Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.

    MEDIUM WELL:  Heat in a 400-degree oven for 20-22 minutes.  Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.

    WELL: Heat in a 400-degree oven for 25-28 minutes.  Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.
