    Heating Instructions: Gluten-free Easter Brunch

    • Homemade Bacon + Cheddar Frittata for 2-4: warm frittata in 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes until warmed throughout
    • CK Maple Cinnamon Greek Yogurt with fresh berries, granola and our housemade raspberry sauce: enjoy straight out of the fridge
    • CK Short Rib Hash for 2: place hash in oven proof dish and add 1-2 tablespoons water + bbq sauce. Place in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, tossing/stirring occasionally until contents are warmed throughout.
    • CK Strawberry Spinach Salad for 2 (organic spinach, strawberries, cucumber, red onion, goat cheese: add cheese (if using) and vinaigrette and toss just prior to serving
    • CK Greek Quinoa Grain Bowl: remove from fridge and let sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes prior to serving. Toss prior to serving.

    • Homemade Pesto Caprese Quiche: place in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes until warmed throughout. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes prior to serving.
    • Homemade Cinnamon-Vanilla Waffles for 2: pop waffles into toaster until warm and crunchy. Warm raspberry sauce in microwave or small saucepan over medium-low heat and pour over waffles. Top with whipped cream.
    • CK Roasted Veggie Hash for 2: place hash in oven-proof dish with 1-2 tablespoons water and bbq sauce. Warm in 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes until warmed throughout, tossing/stirring occasionally.
    • CK Strawberry Spinach Salad for 2 (organic spinach, strawberries, cucumber, red onion, goat cheese (on the side), housemade basil vinaigrette): add cheese and dressing and toss to combine just prior to serving.
    • CK Homemade Banana Bread Pudding with Salted Caramel Sauce for 2: bread pudding can be enjoyed at room temperature or warmed slightly in a 350 degree oven for 5-6 minutes. Caramel sauce can be microwaved or warmed in a small saucepan over medium-low heat and poured on top of bread pudding.

    Heating Instructions: These tenderloins have been seasoned and seared to an extra rare temperature.  To continue cooking to your desired temperature, we recommend the following heating instructions.  Please note that all ovens cook differently:

    Preheat oven to 400-degrees.  Place tenderloin on prepared baking sheet and let sit at room temperature for approximately 20 minutes before finishing in the oven.

    RARE: Heat in 400-degree oven for 10 minutes.   Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.

    MEDIUM RARE: Heat in 400-degree oven for 12-13 minutes.  Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.

    MEDIUM: Heat in a 400-degree oven for 15-18 minutes.  Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.

    MEDIUM WELL:  Heat in a 400-degree oven for 20-22 minutes.  Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.

    WELL: Heat in a 400-degree oven for 25-28 minutes.  Remove from oven and let rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.
